Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations to support decision-making across the organization. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting in-depth analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data, and helping to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business needs are understood and translated into actionable solutions that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and business growth.QualificationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable insightsProficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI )Experience with business process mapping and process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or AgileStrong understanding of business operations and the ability to evaluate workflows, systems, and performance metricsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and effectively manage business requirementsAbility to facilitate requirements gathering sessions, including interviews, workshops, and surveys, to collect business needs and expectationsExperience in creating detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and use casesAbility to work with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specificationsStrong attention to detail and ability to identify issues, gaps, and inefficiencies within business processesExperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello ) is a plusAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlinesFamiliarity with customer relationship management (CRM) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is an advantageBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in a business analysis or consulting role is a plus
