- Service Design Enhancement: Work with Vendor Solution Design Consultants to improve service design and standards.

- Contract Management: Negotiate, create, and ensure compliance with contracts for maximum performance.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain a portfolio of preferred suppliers, monitor performance, and manage escalations.
