Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager.
In this role you shall oversee the daily operation of our store ensuring the highest levels of standard, store performance, and operational efficiency.
Engage with customers to build brand loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including H&S, loss prevention and cash handling.
You will lead and manage a team of approximately 15 associates.
The successful candidate will display leadership qualities, have ability to drive sales, maintain inventory and ensure an overall efficient and smooth running store.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Team Leadership & Development
Lead, train and motivate the on-site store staff to achieve individual and business goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews with your Direct Reports and provide regular feedback and coaching to Team members to ensure a high level of performance.
Oversee the hiring, onboarding and ongoing development of new staff.
Sales & Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to the needs of the customer, resolving complaints, and offering product knowledge.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet store targets.
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve company goals.
-Financial & Store Management
Manage store budgets, expenses and approve payroll for processing by HQ.
Maximise profitability through effective pricing, promotional and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain a visually appealing and clean store well organised and fully stocked while engaging store displays.
Analyse sales data and prepare reports for Management.
Manage store inventory, track stock levels, and reorder products as necessary.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Retail Manager or Supervisor in a similar retail environment.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
· Ability to analyse and use sales data to improve store performance.
· Familiarity with retail management software, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
About the job:
€40,000-€45,000 per annum.
Approximately 39 hours per Week
5/7 roster
