is looking for an
Assistant F&B Manager
to help run 10 Fleet Street Restaurant & Bar, support the team, maintain operational excellence, and enhance guest experiences.
What Youll Be Doing
* Assist in running daily operations of restaurant & bar
* Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service
* Support menu planning, promotions, and beverage strategies
* Monitor stock, costs, budgets, and profitability
* Resolve guest feedback quickly and professionally
* Ensure SOPs, HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety standards
* Support hotel operations as required, including duty management
This Role Is For You If You
* Experience in F&B or hotel operations
* Strong leadership, organisation & communication skills
* Guest-focused, proactive, and results-driven
* Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
