Responsibilities
* Carry out the recombination and pooling of drug substance, as well as set up filling lines and perform sterile filling operations in accordance with approved procedures prior to visual inspection activities.
* Operate equipment such as autoclaves and parts washers.
* Conduct thorough investigations into equipment and process problems and implement effective solutions including preventive and corrective actions.
We are looking for a skilled professional with previous GMP sterile filling experience, preferably with isolator vial and syringe filling experience. Previous experience in a leadership role or senior technician position is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in a quality-focused, operational GMP environment where attention to detail and commitment to tasks is paramount. As part of a team of Sterile Filling Technicians, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing both manufacturing and visual inspection of sterile drug products according to schedule for onward processing in the packaging facility.
