We are looking for a highly skilled Female Financial Sales Consultant / Closer to join our team and help convert high-quality leads into clients, ensuring a trusted, professional experience for every prospect.
Role Overview As a Sales Consultant / Closer, you will be responsible for: Engaging with potential clients provided by our lead generation team.
Guiding prospects through the sales process and closing deals effectively.
Understanding Fin Safe's offerings and clearly communicating value to clients.
Ensuring compliance with FCA rules and maintaining ethical sales practices.
You will work closely with the marketing and lead generation teams to maximize conversion and revenue while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and warm leads from Fin Safe's lead generation channels.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and provide appropriate guidance.
Present Fin Safe's educational packages and solutions clearly and persuasively.
Close sales efficiently while ensuring clients understand the services they purchase.
Follow up with leads as needed to maintain engagement and conversion rates.
Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot).
Provide feedback to the team on lead quality, market trends, and client concerns.
Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in financial sales, closing, or consultancy (minimum 3 years preferred).
Knowledge of finance, crypto, or scam prevention services is a strong advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ethical, client-focused, and professional demeanor.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Preferred Understanding of FCA compliance and ethical sales guidelines.
Experience with CRM systems like Hub Spot.
Multilingual skills are an advantage.
Compensation & Incentives Base salary: £1,500 per month.
Commission on closed sales (details discussed during interview).
