Hogs & Heifers, a renowned restaurant by the Wright Bar Group, has opened a new outlet in Liffey Valley Shopping Centre and is seeking a full-time Chef de Partie.
Position Details:
* Full-time, permanent
* 39 hours per week
* Salary: Euro 34,000 per annum
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of professional cookery experience
* Experience in a fast-paced kitchen with high turnover and à la carte cooking
* Good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities include:
* Working on different sections of the kitchen, including hot and cold stations
* Ensuring food quality and timely service
* Managing stock levels
* Assisting the head and sous chefs during service
* Maintaining kitchen health and hygiene standards
* Cooking food to order
* Supervising junior chefs
