We are looking for an OTC sales assistant to join our dynamic and friendly team on a part-time basis. You will work as part of our dynamic team who put our customers, and their healthcare needs above anything else. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 years' experience working in a Community Pharmacy. Must be friendly, a team player, motivated, confident and eager to learn.
We value customer service skills and always want to endeavour that each customer leaves our shop happy and looked after and that's what we would expect from our staff members.
The Role
· Assist the supervising pharmacist and the team in providing excellent customer service
· Operate within the most recent PSI regulations and guidelines on good practices for relevant services
· Ensure that the working practices and environments meet the overall standard operational procedures
· Create, promote and maintain open communications and healthy working relationships with customers and other healthcare professionals in the area
· Ensure the Pharmacy operates to its full potential at all times
Job Requirements
· A qualified OTC sales assistant with at least 1 year experience in a community pharmacy
· Fluent English
· Experience managing stock levels
· Customer-focused with the ability to deal with the public, in a friendly professional and confidential manner
· Confidence and can act using their initiative to better the business and cater to customers needs
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Permanent
Pay: From €13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 26 – 27 per week
