Job Summary:

About the Role:
* Lead and manage the full project lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
* Oversee multiple concurrent projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
* Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement by leading and mentoring a team of delivery professionals.
* Coordinate with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders to maintain project alignment and standards.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of project management experience including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
* Proven experience delivering complex software or systems integration projects across multiple stakeholders.
* Previous involvement in leading cross-functional teams including PMs, BAs, QA, and developers.
