Head of Trading

As they continue to grow, they're looking for a Head of Trading to lead our dynamic trading function and help shape the future of the business.

This is a high-impact executive leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving trading strategy, managing market risk, and leveraging advanced trading technologies to optimize performance and execution. You'll have the opportunity to work with a high-performing team and collaborate globally across the business to deliver innovative, scalable trading solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage market risk exposures in line with the Risk Policy
* Drive the use of quantitative methods and trading technologies to improve decision-making and performance for trade flows
* Ensure pricing accuracy and system reliability across asset classes including equities, ETFs, FX, and futures.
* Conduct reviews and analysis of trading activity, identify system optimizations, and enhance execution quality.
* Collaborate across teams to develop trading tools and improve control frameworks.
* Hire and develop junior traders, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years' experience in trading, including experience in a senior or managerial role
* Strong knowledge of systematic internalisers, quantitative trading, and regulatory requirements
* Strong Statistical background with strong analytical and programming skills.
Salary:
???150'000 - ???200'000
