We are hiring a Staff Nurse for one of the best client in Kildare who is passionate about improving the quality of life of their residents and places a strong importance on social, physical, and mental stimulation.
Part time or Full time ******* hours per week Minimum 2 shift / week Deliver top-notch, evidence-based nursing care and carry out every part of the care plans in accordance with the needs that have been recognized.
Put the client's requirements and comforts first.
Always protect the client's interests while fostering their abilities and independence.
Collaborate closely with the clinical supervision team and family members.
Report on the client's clinical needs as needed and communicate with the client, family, clinical team, and MDT in an effective manner.
Keep professional and accurate clinical notes.
Requirements Essential Nursing Qualifications Licensed by the Irish Nursing and Midwifery Board (Essential) At least three years of experience as a nursing home staff nurse is preferred.
Candidates must provide proof of ongoing professional growth.
Candidates must have the necessary administrative expertise, leadership skills, and aptitude to carry out the responsibilities of the position.
