Mary Street - Sales Advisor - Online returns and fulfillment

Overview
Mary Street Omni Hub advisor, Part time/temporary, 30 hours. “ISF” stands for in-store fulfilment, ensuring that all sizes are available to customers at all times and stock is where it should be. “OMNI HUB” is the online ordering and return centre for the ROI, situated in the Mary Street store. Customer orders are picked, packed and posted to customers from this location. It is also the main return point for online refunds.
Hours
WEEK 1: Sun 16:00-20:00, Mon 16:00-20:00, Fri 16:00-20:00, Sat 16:00-20:00. WEEK 2: Sun 16:00-20:00, Mon 16:00-20:00, Thurs 16:00-20:00, Fri 16:00-20:00. The above totals 16 hours; the remaining 14 hours are flexible and will be allocated 3 weeks in advance.
Key accountabilities
* Customer - Create an exceptional customer experience by proactively serving customers and modelling service behaviours. Always put the customer first and prioritise the customer over task. Deliver an inspiring shopping environment through excellent standards of product presentation and availability.
* Selling - Sell confidently using knowledge of products and services to sell more in store and through all digital channels. Ask questions to understand customer needs and offer personal recommendations. Actively participate in store events to achieve selling targets. Create selling opportunities at all service points.
* Store - Understand store priorities and contribute to improving store performance. Follow safe and legal working practices. Minimise losses and work productively. Deliver key activity and operational processes and seek opportunities to improve efficiency.
* Team - Adapt and work flexibly across the store, support colleagues to meet customer and business needs. Own personal development and seek opportunities to grow knowledge. Share knowledge to encourage learning and support team performance.
Other - Training will be provided to successful candidates. This role involves processing refunds for customers as part of returns and online fulfilment duties.
