This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving HR strategy, strengthening organisational culture, and ensuring best‑in‑class people practices aligned with business objectives.This position supersedes the previous HR Business Partner role and represents a significant step forward—from operational HR support to strategic, organisation‑wide HR leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, compensation, and culture initiativesAct as a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to senior leadership, providing strategic HR and organisational development guidanceLead complex employee relations cases and investigations, including disciplinary processes, grievance management, and litigation supportOversee performance management, career development, succession planning, and talent strategy across the organisationEnsure cross‑border HR consistency and compliance with Irish and UK employment legislationProactively manage legal and reputational riskDrive organisation‑wide HR initiatives, policy implementation, and continuous process improvementsProvide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to HR team membersUtilise HR data and analytics to identify trends, anticipate risks, and recommend proactive solutionsTake responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of the payroll function within the Ireland businessCandidate Profile / Ideal ExperienceExtensive experience in senior HR leadership roles within complex, multi‑site organisationsStrong expertise in employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, and legal complianceProven track record in strategic HR planning, talent management, succession planning, and organisational developmentExceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills, with experience coaching senior stakeholdersIn‑depth knowledge of Irish and UK employment legislation and cross‑border HR practicesDemonstrated ability to use HR analytics to drive organisational improvements and mitigate riskExperience leading HR teams, driving culture initiatives, and implementing organisation‑wide HR processesEducation qualification (CIPD / Master’s in a related field) or equivalent experienceRelevant years of experience in HR
