Access Talent Group is partnering with a well-established Irish engineering consultancy that is looking to hire a CAD Technician to join its growing Dublin office. This position offers a flexible hybrid working model, providing an excellent balance between in-office collaboration and remote work.
This consultancy is widely respected for delivering high-quality, sustainable engineering solutions across a broad range of infrastructure and development projects. The team fosters a supportive and engaging environment where technicians can expand their technical skills, work closely with experienced engineers, and play a key role in delivering complex design packages.
As a CAD Technician, you will assist in the preparation and coordination of detailed civil design drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD Civil 3D. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to the design of roads, drainage, and utilities schemes, and ensure all outputs meet project and industry standards.
Key Requirements
* Qualification in Civil Engineering, CAD Design, or a related technical field.
* Experience working as a CAD Technician within an engineering or design consultancy.
* Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
* Understanding of civil infrastructure design principles and current standards.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong eye for technical detail.
