Retail Sales & Customer Experience Associate – Wedding Suit Specialist
We are a dedicated wedding suit store, helping grooms and their parties look their absolute best on their big day. We're looking for a motivated and personable team member to support our retail sales team and ensure every customer has an exceptional experience from first fitting to final pick-up.
About the Role
As a key part of our front-line team, you’ll assist with everything from coordinating client appointments to helping prepare orders for pickup or delivery. You’ll also act as a liaison between our clients and sales consultants, ensuring smooth communication and top-tier service throughout the process.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers in-store, offering guidance on style, fit, and wedding suit options
* Coordinate fitting appointments and follow-up consultations
* Support the sales team with preparation for peak wedding season and promotional events
* Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and social media
* Help manage order tracking, shipping, and delivery timelines
* Assist with social media content creation and customer engagement
* Maintain organized records of client fittings and order details
Qualifications
* Experience in retail or customer-facing roles (menswear or formalwear preferred)
* Passion for weddings, fashion, and helping people look their best
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Friendly, approachable, and solutions-oriented
* Basic familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or other social platforms
* Weekend availability preferred
