Job Opportunity: Learning and Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our organization. This is a key role that requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building frameworks for learning, talent management, and organizational design, including job architecture, grading, succession planning, and role specification.
This 18-month fixed term contract includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
* Develop and implement effective learning and development strategies to support business growth and capability.
* Maintain accurate records of L&D metrics and reporting.
* Assist in the design and delivery of manager workshops on learning and development frameworks.
Requirements:
* 5 years' experience in learning and development, talent, or organizational design, with a strong understanding of job architecture, grading frameworks, succession planning, and talent mapping.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Possession of a relevant third-level qualification in business, HR, or training.
* Full driving licence and access to a car required for travel to offices.
