Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the Design and Build Contracts under which Schemes will be delivered on behalf of a client in a proactive and timely manner.
This may include managing payments, programmes, compensation events, overseeing risk management by means of early warning processes, among other contract mechanisms.
* The role holder must have excellent communication skills to interface between project stakeholders;
