We are seeking an experienced Social Care Professional to fill a challenging leadership role within our Community-Based Services team.

About the Role:

* Our ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 7 degree in Social Care or Health Sector and current registration with CORU or eligibility to register.

* They will possess strong facilitation, implementation, and review skills to effectively manage Support/Care Plans.
">
* A clean driving license and access to own transport are also essential for this position.
">

Key Responsibilities:
">

1. Facilitate, implement, and review Support/Care Plans to ensure high-quality service delivery.
">
2. Supervise both individuals and teams to maintain a focus on Health, Safety, Hygiene, and good housekeeping guidelines.
">
3. Design and develop staff rotas including day, evening, and sleep-in/waking night shifts.
">
4. Work within HIQA registered service regulations and standards.
">
5. Prioritize practical working knowledge and experience of New Directions Interim Standards.
">

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* A full clean driving license with access to own transport.

* Experience in community and service-based programs to promote independence and meet client needs.
