Job Description:
Little Rascals Creche & Montessori are looking for an Experienced Early Childhood Practitioner with a passion for working with children to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate will have a fun, friendly and enthusiastic personality and enjoy working with children of all age groups.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* To be attentive to the children in your care
* Partake in the efficient day to day running of the classroom
* Implement an emergent curriculum
* Plan, document and evaluate curriculum making links to child development and learning.
* Incorporate Outdoor Play daily
* To work in co-operation with the manager & the other team members
Requirements:
* A recognised full childcare qualification (minimum level 5 in childcare or above). Wage in line with qualification, experience and role.
* Enjoy being part of a childcare team
* Use initiative appropriately and exercise responsibility when required
* Good communication skills.
* A knowledge of Aistear is desirable but can be gained through practice.
* Experience in a childcare environment desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €15.00-€17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
