Senior Architectural Technologist Role
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Limerick. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for delivering detailed design of architectural projects and ensuring compliance with relevant Statutory and Building Regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. A degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline is essential.
2. No less than 8 years of experience working in an architectural firm is required.
3. You must possess excellent knowledge of Irish Planning, Building Regulations, Building Control, and Health & Safety legislation is required.
4. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit software would be desirable but not mandatory as on the job training can provide this skill set to the successful candidate if selected due to good track record. Full driving licence or access to own car is necessary as frequent travel between client locations may arise during your term which includes regular site visits by yourself.
