What’s involved
Design and develop customer and advisor-facing digital journeys across key web applications.
Build engaging, user-friendly interfaces that improve digital experience and performance.
Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX/UI, QA, business stakeholders and wider IT teams.
Contribute to scoping, sizing, solution design and strategic planning for digital delivery.
Carry out peer code reviews, support best practice and help produce clean, reusable code.
Mentor team members, support continuous improvement and stay current with new technologies.
What’s needed
Strong frontend development experience, with the ability to build high-quality digital user experiences.
Detailed knowledge of SQL Server and experience working with JSON over REST APIs.
Experience with Azure cloud services and modern digital delivery environments.
Good understanding of UX principles, user-centred design and design thinking.
Strong collaboration, analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience working in agile teams.
