About You
Fully qualified Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a qualified accountant
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in practice, ideally in a tax advisory and compliance role
Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation, commentary, and case law
Proven experience managing client relationships and leading projects to completion
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Comfortable working under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
About Your Role
Always:
Leading a team delivering tax advisory and compliance services across a diverse client portfolio
Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, providing strategic and practical tax advice
Managing and developing client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Often:
Advising on business structures, M&A transactions, succession planning, and other strategic opportunities
Coordinating work across multiple departments to provide integrated client solutions
Contributing to departmental targets for billing, net fee income, and cash collection
Occasionally:
Supporting business development and marketing initiatives at team and departmental levels
Mentoring and coaching team members to support their professional development
Participating in strategic planning and internal improvement initiatives
Never:
Performing purely routine compliance tasks without strategic or advisory input
