Job Description:
We are seeking a Bioprocess Scientist to join our team at Lilly's new facility in Ireland. As part of the Technical Services/Manufacturing Sciences department, this role will provide technical support for introducing and supporting advanced downstream manufacturing processes into the next-generation bioprocessing site.
Main Responsibilities:
* Providing technical expertise in downstream bioprocessing to ensure process consistency and robustness.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring deep technical expertise and scientific rigor to the team.
* Utilizing process monitoring tools to make data-driven decisions.
* Generating scientific reports and technical documentation.
Requirements:
* BSc or MSc in Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering or related discipline.
* Relevant experience (>2 years') within the biopharmaceutical industry.
* Demonstrated technical capability with high productivity.
* Self-starter with high initiative and data-driven approach to problem solving.

Work Environment:
