Role: Financial Controller
Location: Dublin

Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
Coordinate and prepare internal and external financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to guide business strategy
Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets
Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements
Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes
Analyse financial data and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision‑making
Collaborate with auditors to facilitate audit processes and resolve any financial discrepancies
Supervise and develop the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency
Qualifications
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial management or accounting roles
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights
High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results‑orientation
Experience managing audits and working with external auditors
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
