Hotel Maintenance Manager Job
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Hotel Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in a 4-star hotel. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in managing day-to-day maintenance, coordinating contractors, and overseeing major projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance Management: Overall responsibility for the upkeep of the hotel property, including planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across all areas.
* Project Lead: Act as on-site project lead for upgrades and expansions, ensuring timely completion within budget.
* Safety Compliance: Ensure health & safety systems are in place, including fire safety measures and statutory records management.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate their expertise through previous roles where they oversaw refurbishments or capital projects with proven knowledge of health & safety requirements. We also require excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff members from all departments.
