The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director, playing a pivotal role in shaping and leading the finance function.
They will be responsible for driving financial strategy, enhancing efficiencies, and implementing best practices to support growth.
This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to key decision-making processes while helping to improve financial performance across the organisation.
The Role: Collaborate closely with unit heads to provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and drive business performance Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts for each entity Lead the preparation of consolidated financial accounts Improve and streamline processes to enhance efficiencies and ensure a clear financial overview of the business Develop and manage annual budgets Oversee rolling forecasts and cash flow management Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to drive performance improvements and cost efficiencies Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) The Person: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant (qualified by experience will also be considered) Ability to lead and develop a small team Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence decision-making Experience in driving process improvements, automation, and efficiency in financial operations Ability to manage multiple entities in a fast-paced business The Rewards: Competitive salary (up to £70K) Bonus On-site car parking Flexibility Diverse and pivotal role To apply for this GroupFinancial Controller job please click on the link below or contact Laura Haggan to discuss in the strictest confidence.
