This high-profile scheme will deliver significant improvements to bus, cycling, and pedestrian infrastructure between Liffey Valley and Dublin City Centre. Requirements: Degree in Engineering (Level 8 NFQ or equivalent) Minimum 5 years' postgraduate engineering experience At least 2 years' experience delivering civil engineering, road, transport, or active travel projects in an urban environment Experience in areas such as structures, drainage, utilities, road construction, reinstatement works, and traffic management Strong understanding of contract administration and project delivery Knowledge of health and safety legislation and contractor compliance requirements Key Responsibilities Assist the Designer's Site Representative with site supervision duties Monitor works for compliance with contract specifications and quality standards Carry out site inspections, witness testing, and maintain site records Manage non-conformance reports and close-out actions Liaise with the design team on technical and design-related matters Review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and testing records Attend site meetings and respond to technical queries Monitor contractor compliance with health and safety requirements Working as part of the Designer's Site Representative team, you will supervise construction activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract requirements.
