Your new job Key Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines and company objectives, coordinating with Operations, Design, Sales, and Logistics teams. Supervise, train, and manage production staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to health and safety standards. Oversee the manufacturing process to maintain the company's high-quality standards across all products. Continuously assess and recommend improvements for production processes and workflows to enhance efficiency. Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations, fostering a safe working environment. Manage resources effectively to balance workload and optimise production capacity. Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to support operational goals. What are we looking for Demonstrated experience in production management, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and a track record of driving process improvements. Knowledgeable in health and safety practices relevant to manufacturing.
