Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Supply Chain Coordinator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure that production meets customer demands by working closely with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
* Support timely delivery of Purchase Orders from CMOs, collaborating with Market Supply Planning, Customer Liaison, Customer Service, CMO Site Planning, and Virtual Plant Team (VPT).
* Serve as the point of contact for External Manufacturing (ExM) activities, including product inquiries, shipments, and scheduling.
* Place purchase orders in a timely manner according to contractual requirements and project timelines.
* Monitor open order reports, track exceptions, and communicate unresolved issues to the Supply Chain Manager.
* Align orders from MSP and other customers to support campaign timing and tolled material consumption.
* Implement standard processes for efficient communication of information from CMO to customer.
* Proactively support CMO and customer requests/queries related to supply, logistics requirements, artwork change implementation, ship-on-test requests, etc.
* Keep the CMO supply chain team informed about regulatory approval status for on-time production.
* Resolve potential supply issues impacting Customer Service levels by coordinating with Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Supplier Relationship Manager, and Procurement teams.
* Manage shortages/allocations and stock-outs in the market by working with CMO and MSP team/Customer.
* Proactively determine the impact of supply disruption and quality events on market supply, keeping VPT and customer informed.
* Gather information for investigations and MAFF meetings, acting as delegate for the Supply Chain Manager.
* Coordinate product reworks/redress at CMO site, as required by the business.
* Contribute to performance metrics analysis and comments (RTP, Backorders, Anticipated Backorders).
Requirements:
* Supply Chain or Business qualification
* 5+ years Supply Chain experience in global manufacturing and supply environment
* Knowledge of ERP, SAP, and related data analysis tools
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
* Detailed knowledge of Contract Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations
* Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines
* Understanding of regulatory requirements and management of regulatory constraints
* APICS or related qualification advantageous
