Business Development Leader

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Development Leader with relevant retail experience and a passion for the industry, capable of leading teams and driving sales through commercial decisions and prioritisation of tasks.
* Organise workflow and delegate tasks effectively;
* Maintain store standards and ensure health and safety compliance;
* Communicate with headquarters and implement requests promptly;
* Manage cash effectively and maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records;
* Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching;
The ideal candidate will have excellent product knowledge, including seasonal products, and a good working knowledge of Accounts and back-office functions. This is a full-time permanent role, working any 5 out of 7 days, including early, late and weekend shifts.
