Architectural Project Coordinator
This role involves working on architectural projects, ensuring that designs are in compliance with relevant regulations. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day project activities and reporting to the project architect. Key tasks include preparing statutory applications, tender packages, drawings, schedules, specifications, and construction documentation. Attending meetings with clients, design teams, contractors, and other specialists is also a key part of this role. In addition, you will need to ensure compliance with client briefs, current Irish planning, building, and health & safety regulations, as well as other relevant legislation. Site visits and carrying out site inspections are also required.
Requirements
* A degree in Architectural Technology or a related field.
* At least 8 years' experience working in an architectural firm.
* Strong initiative and motivation.
* Excellent knowledge and experience of Irish Planning, Building Regulations, Building Control, and Irish Health & Safety legislation.
* AutoCAD and Revit skills are desirable.
* A full driving license and access to a car for frequent site visits.
