Job Title: Hiring and Employee Relations Specialist
Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled HR Officer to spearhead our recruitment efforts, provide expert advice on employee relations, and drive training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Spearhead recruitment efforts to ensure seamless candidate sourcing and onboarding processes.
* Act as the go-to expert for employee relations and welfare, providing valuable guidance to both team members and management.
* Develop and deliver strategies that empower our workforce through training and development initiatives.
* Take charge of the leaver process, ensuring all paperwork and arrangements are handled with precision and care.
* Offer expert advice on terms & conditions and HR issues, helping to keep the team on track and informed.
* Play a key role in refining policies and procedures, drawing on your insights and expertise.
* Maintain accurate and organized HR records, assisting with monthly reporting tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* CIPD qualified or working towards, with a strong understanding of NI employment legislation and HR best practices.
* Experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar field is an asset.
* Proactive, adaptable, and cool under pressure, with exceptional communication skills and a talent for problem-solving.
