Clondalkin Family Practice is looking for a bilingual receptionist / secretary, fluent in Russian and English to work in our busy Dublin 22 GP clinic. Our clinic has been open for the last three years and we have a large volume of Russian speaking patients from Ukraine and elsewhere. The role will primarily be based at front reception where you will be working alongside two experienced administrative colleagues. Duties will involve answering phones, checking patients in, taking payments, coordinating appointments and liaising with hospitals as well as managing email, scanning and other administrative tasks.
Clinic hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday and we would need somebody for at least 3 days a week and up to 4.5 days a week. Starting rate of €17/hour depending on experience with four weeks annual leave pro rata, pension contribution and sick leave allowance.
The ideal applicant will have a high degree of fluency in both English and Russian, have excellent people skills, good IT literacy and work well within a team. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage but not essential.
