Hamilton Park Care Facility is seeking a full-time/part-time Admin Assistant to join our busy office team in Balbriggan.
The successful candidate will play an essential role in keeping our records accurate and organised, supporting the smooth running of the facility's day-to-day administration. Duties include sorting, filing, archiving, and uploading office files, maintaining both electronic and paper records, and assisting with general office tasks.
Please note this is an English-speaking facility.
Key Responsibilities
* Sort, file, archive, and upload office and resident records
* Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems
* Cover reception duties if required: greet visitors, answer phones, and manage front-desk queries
* Prepare and update spreadsheets, forms, and reports
* Support management with data entry, scheduling, and day-to-day administration
* Provide flexible assistance to other departments as required
Requirements
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
* Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Desirable
* Previous administrative or reception experience, ideally in a healthcare or care-home setting
