An established, high-quality restaurant and townhouse in Roscommon is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join their culinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and passionate chef to contribute to a reputable, family-run establishment known for exceptional Irish cuisine, warm hospitality, and commitment to local and artisan produce.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, supporting menu development, and mentoring junior kitchen team members.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to consistently high standards
* Always maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen
* Contribute to the creation and development of new menu items
* Ensure compliance with all HACCP and food safety procedures
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
* Support and guide junior chefs when required
* Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation requirements
Key Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie role
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
* Good understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Fluent English (required)
* Must have the right to work in Ireland
* Must be able to commute or relocate to Roscommon Town before starting work
