Hotel Sales & Marketing Manager – Wicklow

What you'll do:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales & marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Lead digital marketing campaigns including social media, Google Ads, and SEO to boost online visibility.
3. Drive revenue growth through innovative initiatives and strategic partnerships.
4. Represent the venue at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
5. Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and events markets.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
7. Build strong relationships with PR agencies, travel networks, and digital partners.
8. Oversee and inspire the sales, marketing, events, and revenue teams.
9. Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights.
What we're looking for:
10. 5+ years' experience in hospitality sales & marketing (essential).
11. Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality and event-driven marketing.
12. Proven success in social media campaigns and Google Ads management.
13. Experience with music or entertainment event promotion is a plus.
14. Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
15. Flexible, proactive, and willing to travel for client visits.
16. Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
17. Valid driving licence required.
18. Hybrid working model, with minimum 3 days on site every week.
