Payroll Consultant Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our payroll department, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end payroll services with precision and compliance.
* Manage daily payroll activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll production, including complex and year-end processes.
* Review payroll adjustments to ensure compliance with policies, tax laws, and regulations; recommend corrective action when necessary.
* Record and report monthly payroll metrics.
* Respond to payroll enquiries from employees at all levels, explaining pay matters, tax impacts, and policy changes.
Requirements:
* A minimum of several years of experience in payroll, preferably across multiple EMEA countries.
* Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes, including reconciliation and general ledger accounting.
* Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
* Strong organisational skills to meet strict deadlines in a high-paced environment.
