Practice-based Accounting & Compliance experience
Strong technical knowledge of Irish company law and financial reporting standards
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Proactive approach to client service and business development
Strong IT skills including accounting software experience
Role and Reporting Lines
This role sits within the Accounting & Compliance team and reports to senior leadership within the division. You will manage your own portfolio while supporting the wider team and mentoring junior staff.
Client Portfolio Management – Managing a portfolio of clients and delivering high-quality management accounts and statutory financial statements
Financial Reporting – Preparation and review of statutory financial statements in line with Irish GAAP
Technical Advisory – Providing high-level technical accounting and compliance support to clients
Client Relationship Management – Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Business Development – Supporting the development of new business opportunities
Assignment Management – Working to deadlines and managing assignments within agreed budgets
Commercial Oversight – Managing billing, collections and profitability per assignment
Team Development – Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team
