Senior Engineer – Water & Utilities
Your New Role
As a Senior Engineer within the Water and Utilities team, you will play a central role in delivering critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Based in Dublin, this hybrid position offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage projects through all phases—from concept and planning through to design, procurement, construction, and handover.
You will be responsible for developing technical designs, managing client relationships, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex water and wastewater schemes. Projects typically include treatment processes, distribution networks, and pumping stations.

What You'll Need to Succeed
•10–15 years' experience in a similar engineering role, with at least 5 years in water/wastewater design and build projects in Ireland.
•A Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
•Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex infrastructure projects.
•Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, Microsoft Project, and relevant design software.
•Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
•Experience in mentoring junior staff and coordinating with environmental, planning, and structural teams.
•A deep understanding of Irish water/wastewater engineering standards and regulatory frameworks.
