What you'll need to succeed To do well in this role, you should have:

7. At least 5 years of experience working in operations or hiring contractors.
8. Experience working with remote teams in different time zones.
9. Good Experience in Data and Data Analytics
10. Good knowledge of tools used for data, projects, and managing people.
11. Strong planning and communication skills.
12. The ability to work with people from different countries and cultures.
