Site Operations Specialist
We are seeking a Site Operations Specialist to support setting out operations across multiple high-profile sites in Cork and throughout Ireland.
* Carry out setting out and surveying duties across various project sites.
* Work closely with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure accurate execution of design specifications.
* Maintain site records including as-builts, levels, and QA checklists.
* Support the delivery of programme milestones through effective on-site coordination.
* Contribute to HSEQ compliance, daily briefings, and safety observations.
* Proven experience in site engineering/setting out within the construction or civils sector.
* Proficiency with setting out equipment (e.g. total station, GPS, AutoCAD, Leica/Trimble).
* Strong attention to detail and good understanding of construction drawings.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Full driving licence and flexibility to travel across Ireland.
* Relevant Engineering or Construction qualification (Diploma or Degree).
