Job Title: Sales Team Leader We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at our Dundrum Store. As a key support to the management team, you will oversee the running of the sales floor and assist in driving and motivating the team to achieve store sales and KPIs. Responsibilities: 1. Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and product knowledge 2. Motivate and train the sales consultants to achieve individual targets while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations on the sales floor 3. Schedule shifts effectively, taking into account staffing levels, customer traffic patterns, seasonal fluctuations, etc. 4. Create an engaging atmosphere that fosters loyalty among customers through in-store promotions events that aim at enhancing their shopping experience.
