Career growth Support &inclusive culture Hybrid working & flexibility The Role As a FAAS Manager, you will: Lead month-end close processes including review and approval of key journals (accruals, payroll, intercompany, FX, leases, deferred revenue, inventory, and share-based compensation).
Review and sign off on reconciliations, including fixed assets, bank accounts, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Oversee variance analysis across P&L and balance sheet, ensuring accuracy and identifying required adjustments.
Manage review of financial statements, shadow books, and bridge files from local offices, ensuring data integrity and proper backup.
Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
Drive process documentation, improvement, and continuous updates.
Manage projects and medium-to-large sized teams across multiple locations.
About You Were looking for someone with: ACA/ACCA qualification with 5+ years PQE in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and practical experience in financial services or complex multinational environments.
Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle required; implementation experience desirable).
Blackline experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships.
Proven experience managing and developing medium-to-large teams.
