Using One Touch Care software, develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for clients based on their specific needs and goals.
Recruiting, training, and supervising caregivers, providing necessary support and coaching to foster their professional development.
Conducting regular assessments of clients' conditions and adjusting care plans as needed to reflect changes in health status.
Maintaining open and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.
Managing scheduling and staffing of caregivers to optimize service provision and maintain adequate coverage.
Monitoring the quality of care provided by staff through regular evaluations and feedback, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
