Role
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Night Porter to join our Nights team, working from 23:00 to 07:00.
Main Responsibilities
* Providing overnight service to hotel guests.
* Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and checklists.
* Report defective materials and equipment to the relevant department.
* Assist with room service and comply with food handling regulations.
* Night cleaning of public areas and outside areas.
* Hotel security and fire walk.
* Follow all Health & Safety protocols.
* Hotel reception duties including answering guest requests and telephone enquiries.
* Setting up meeting/function rooms as required.
* Assisting in all other areas of the hotel as required.
* Ensure a high standard of personal grooming.
* Good level of conversational English required for guest and team communication.
