Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.11 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
Experience building a book of business within Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region and market.
Experience leading a sales team or developing sales professionals.
Ability to communicate in English and any one CEE language (Czech, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Greek, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Croatian) fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications: Experience with coaching digital campaign management, in Google Ads.
Experience in digital media.
Experience managing and inspiring the sales teams.
Experience in building relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders, in an advertising or marketing environment.
