Key Responsibilities
Provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment for children in care.
Support the social, emotional, and developmental needs of children.
Implement care plans in collaboration with the team and relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Tusla policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Promote the rights, wellbeing, and development of children at all times.
Requirements
Full Manual Driving Licence (essential).
Eligible to register with
CORU
.
Previous experience in social care or a children's residential setting is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
