Finishing Foreman – Residential ProjectLocation:North DublinSalary:€70,000 – €80,000 (DOE)Start Date:ImmediateThe RoleAn experiencedFinishing Foremanis required for an immediate start on a high-quality residential development in North Dublin. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for managing and delivering all finishing works to the highest standards, ensuring the project is completed on time, safely, and to specification.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all finishing trades on site, ensuring quality workmanship and programme adherenceManage snagging, de-snagging and final handover processesEnsure finishes are delivered in line with drawings, specifications and client expectationsSupervise subcontractors and direct labour, monitoring progress and productivityLiaise closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and design teamMaintain high standards of health & safety and site housekeepingCarry out quality inspections and ensure defects are rectified promptlyCoordinate materials and logistics for finishing phases of the buildEnsure units are delivered on schedule for inspections, handover and occupationRequirementsProven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential projects (apartments and/or housing)Strong eye for detail and qualityAbility to manage multiple trades and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong knowledge of finishing works, specifications and building regulationsValid Safe Pass (manual handling an advantage)Eligible to work in IrelandWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary of €70,000 – €80,000Immediate start on a well-run residential projectLong-term work with a reputable contractorStrong support from site and project management team
