You will gain excellent exposure to live transactions and have the opportunity to take real ownership across projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of buy‑side and sell‑side M&A transactions.Prepare financial analysis, valuations and deal‑related reports.Assist with financial modelling, business plans and investor materials.Conduct market research, sector analysis and buyer/investor mapping.Prepare information memorandums, pitch decks and client presentations.Support due diligence processes and liaise with legal, tax and financial advisers.Analyse target company financials, trading performance and growth opportunities.Assist with transaction management, project tracking and deal documentation.Build relationships with clients, investors, funders and wider professional advisers.Your BackgroundExperience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services, Deal Advisory, Investment Banking, Restructuring or a similar advisory environment.Strong financial analysis, valuation and commercial assessment skills.ACA, ACCA, CFA or similar qualification would be beneficial, but not essential.Strong Excel, financial modelling and presentation skills.Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with clients and senior stakeholders.Commercially minded with a genuine interest in deals, businesses and the Irish M&A market.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.Ambitious, proactive and keen to build a long‑term career in Corporate Finance.
