Job Description
The Director of Nursing, Deputy will act as a professional and clinical leader in supporting the development of nursing practice and standards. They will work with the Director of Nursing to evaluate and influence strategic developments in patient care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing clinical pathways and care delivery models that ensure patients have a positive experience when assessing and receiving care/services from the hospital.
* Evaluating quality outcomes to ensure high-quality patient care is at the forefront.
This role involves leading a team to develop service plans that meet directorate priorities. It requires effective communication skills throughout all levels of staff within nursing services between teams., The person should maintain relationships are fostered throughout departments along with maintaining professional integrity.
